2. Product Information

2.1 Product Description
Clarté products are handmade crochet bags and accessories, released in limited quantities through bi-weekly drops. Each drop consists of a limited number of pieces across a small number of models, released as ready-to-ship.

2.2 Handmade Nature and Variations
Because each item is handmade, slight variations in stitch pattern, color, texture, and size may occur between pieces, even within the same model. These variations are a natural result of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

2.3 Sizing and Measurements
Measurements listed on each product page are approximate. Due to the handmade nature of our products, actual dimensions may vary slightly from the listed measurements.

2.4 Care Instructions
To preserve the quality of your item, we recommend hand washing in cold water, laying flat to dry, and avoiding direct sunlight, high heat, and machine washing or drying.

2.5 Materials
Materials used for each product are listed on the relevant product page. Please review the material composition before purchasing if you have any known sensitivities.

2.6 Product Images
We do our best to represent our products accurately in photos. Actual color may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process
When placing an order, you agree that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

3.2 Pricing and Availability
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. As we ship from Kosovo, prices displayed on the website do not include destination-country import duties or taxes. Customers ordering from the EU or other countries may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery.

3.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize Clarté to charge the stated amount.

3.4 Order Cancellations and Modifications
Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that your request will be processed before the order enters fulfillment or shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

3.5 Drop Releases and Restocks
Clarté products are released through bi-weekly drops in limited quantities. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of release. Signing up for restock or drop notifications does not guarantee availability or reserve an item.

3.6 Fraud Prevention
Clarté reserves the right to cancel orders flagged for suspicious or fraudulent activity. Customers may be required to provide additional verification for unusual purchase patterns.

3.7 Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Clarté does not store customer payment details.

3.8 Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed. Customers are advised to verify payment details or contact their payment provider for assistance.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

4.1 Shipping Destinations and Rates
We ship from Kosovo to select destinations, including the EU. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination.

4.2 Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location but generally fall within 5 to 14 business days after dispatch.

4.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As Clarté ships from Kosovo, shipments to the EU and other destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and collected at the time of delivery. If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs fees and the shipment is returned to us, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from any refund.

4.4 Risk of Loss
The risk of damage to or loss of products passes to the customer upon delivery, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4.5 Delivery Issues and Delays
Clarté is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers but will assist in resolving any issues that arise. Contact us if there is a delay or tracking issue with your order.

4.6 Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to receive the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping and handling costs for redelivery or return.

4.7 Package Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email.

4.8 Damage During Shipping
If an item arrives damaged, customers must report this to us within 48 hours of receiving the package, along with photos and their order number.

4.9 Force Majeure
Clarté is not liable for delays or failures in shipping due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy
Because each item is handmade and released in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference. Returns are only accepted where an item arrives with a genuine craftsmanship fault or manufacturing defect.

5.2 Reporting a Craftsmanship Fault
If you believe your item has a craftsmanship fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assess the issue.

5.3 Refunds
Where a craftsmanship fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault was caused by us.

5.4 Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered where a craftsmanship fault is confirmed and a replacement is available. Given our limited-quantity drop model, an identical replacement may not always be available, in which case a repair or refund will be offered instead.

5.5 Return Shipping Process
If a craftsmanship fault is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Items must be securely packaged to prevent further damage in transit.

5.6 Disputes
If a return or refund request is disputed, Clarté reserves the right to make the final decision based on the circumstances and evidence provided.

6. Limited Warranty and Liability

6.1 Limited Warranty
We warrant that each item is free from craftsmanship defects at the time of delivery. This warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery and covers craftsmanship defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
Clarté aims to ensure products comply with the descriptions and specifications stated at the time of purchase. Beyond the limited warranty above, products are provided without further warranties except where required by applicable law.

6.3 Limitation of Liability
Clarté's liability is limited to the amount of the order, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness.

6.4 Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage or care, or exposure to conditions outside of what is described in our care instructions.

6.5 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect, such as photos, within the 30-day warranty period.

6.6 Remedies for Warranty Claims
If a defect is confirmed under this warranty, Clarté will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product. This is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

6.7 Product Safety and Liability
Clarté is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of its products or failure to follow care instructions. Customers are responsible for using and storing products as intended.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

7.1 Ownership of Content
All content on the Clarté website, including product images, photos, designs, logos, and text, is the exclusive property of Clarté and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content from our website without prior written permission from Clarté.

7.3 Commercial Use Prohibition
Clarté products are intended for personal use only. Commercial resale or repackaging of our products without permission is strictly prohibited.

7.4 Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Clarté website or in connection with our products are the exclusive property of Clarté. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7.5 License to Use Website
By accessing the Clarté website, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7.6 User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews or other content, you grant Clarté a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish this content for marketing purposes. Intellectual property remains with the user.

Discount codes may have expiration dates and are not redeemable for cash. Clarté reserves the right to cancel or modify discounts at its discretion.

Clarté reserves the right to suspend or cancel promotional offers if there is evidence of misuse.

9.4 Refunds on Discounted Products
If a product purchased using a discount qualifies for a refund under our Returns policy, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount, not the full price.
