Shipping

Processing Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, peak seasons or promotional periods may experience a slight delay.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €150.

Kindly note that for orders delivered outside Kosovo, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Times

At this time, we ship exclusively across Europe. Orders within Kosovo and the Balkans (Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro) typically arrive within 2–7 business days, while deliveries to the rest of Europe take 4–12 business days, depending on your exact location and local customs processing.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can use this to track your delivery’s progress.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there. If you still can’t find it, our customer support team is happy to assist you.

Returns

Return Policy

At Clarté, every piece is handcrafted in small, limited batches, never mass-produced. Because of this, we treat each item as a unique creation rather than a standard product, and we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

That said, quality matters to us. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing fault or was damaged in transit, reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

We appreciate your understanding, when you choose Clarté, you're choosing a piece made by hand, just for you.

Refunds

If your return is approved due to a craftsmanship issue or shipping damage, we'll process your refund promptly once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and you'll receive an email confirmation once it's on its way.

Please note: since Clarté pieces are handmade in limited batches, refunds are only issued for craftsmanship faults or damaged items, not for change of mind. If you have any questions about a refund in progress, feel free to reach out, we're happy to help.
