Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my country or region?
We currently ship across Europe. If your country isn't listed at checkout, it means we don't currently deliver there, feel free to reach out via hello@clartecrochet.com and we'll let you know if that changes.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €150.
How fast will my order ship?
Since every piece is made in advance and in stock at the time of purchase, we ship within 1-2 business days of your order. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it's on its way.
Do I need to pay VAT / Duties?
For orders shipped outside Kosovo, VAT and duties are not included. Please be aware that you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other related charges upon the arrival of your order. These charges depend on your country's customs regulations and, if applicable, will be collected by the courier.
What happens if my order gets lost in transit?
If your product happens to get lost during transit, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@clartecrochet.com. Rest assured, we are committed to promptly addressing the situation and ensuring a swift resolution for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work diligently to resolve any issues that may arise during shipping!
Can I change my shipping address
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we begin processing your order right away. As a result, there is only a very narrow window to update your shipping address.
If you notice a mistake, please email us immediately at hello@clartecrochet.com with your order number and correct address details. We will do everything we can to intercept your order and correct your details.
However, please note that due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee we will catch your email before the package is dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have received tracking information for your order, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Because every Clarté piece is handmade in small batches, we treat each one as a unique, limited creation rather than a mass-produced item. For this reason, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a craftsmanship issue or damage during shipping, please reach out via hello@clartecrochet.com within 14 days of delivery if that's the case, and we'll make it right.
How long is the refund period?
We will process the refund after we receive and inspect your returned item. Your funds should be available within 3-10 business days, subject to your bank or credit card issuer.

Are your bags handmade?
Yes, every Clarté piece is handcrafted using traditional crochet techniques. Because each bag is made by hand, you may notice small variations in texture and shape, this is part of what makes it one of a kind.
What materials do you use?
We use premium cotton and cotton-blend yarns chosen for durability and softness. Hardware (clasps, turnlocks, chains) is nickel-free and finished in gold or silver tones depending on the piece. Full material details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my crochet bag?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking, machine washing, or direct heat, as this can affect the shape and fibers. Store stuffed with tissue paper in a dust bag when not in use to help it hold its form.
How does Clarté release new pieces?
Every two weeks, we release a limited batch of handmade pieces, ready to ship. Everything is crafted in advance, so once a drop goes live, it's first come, first served, no waiting for production.
What happens if a design sells out?
Sold-out pieces won't return in the same batch. You can join the waitlist on that product page to be notified when the design is included in a future drop.
